In our race of life, or considering or following others, we usually forget 'what we are?', 'why we are existing?', 'what our life demands us?', 'what responsibilities comes towards us?'.... The answer is quiet is quiet simple,
We EXIST, lets LIVE..
Take time out of our daily lives to cultivate and nurture the capacity to transcend the challenges life brings our way. Shift your focus, instead, to the essence of equanimity, empathy and reflection.
I'm a student busy from 7am to 7pm in university, after reaching found myself crazy busy completing homework, assignments, presentations, not even find time for family, so how difficult it would be to find time for myself. Similarly, you will be with your routines. But still i manage, i expand my day a little more catching at least precious 10minutes for myself. These 10 minutes teach me what i am, what i did, what i am doing, where i am standing, what this thing benefit me, what it harm, whom should i meet, whom should i don't, what are my aims, what efforts i'm doing to follow my dreams, where would i reach if i keep moving this way, what i'm losing, what i'm gaining. found difficult to manage it all in 10 min they are indeed too much, just consider one question if found it difficult, but do... Listen to you favorite music, meet people you love, respect people, free your heart from hatred, start looking world with new eyes being kind and sweet with others all days avoiding the bitter fact of their bad behaviors and attributes. As said:
Be good, sweet maid and yet who will be ceiver ; Do noble things, not dream them all day long; And so make life, death and that vast For Ever
ONE GRAND SWEET SONG ...!
All what i think we all need to do is:
Discover yourself:
Free your spirit and invoke a higher level of existence
Release yourself from physical conditioning of life. Break through the superficial barriers. Trust your inherent spirit to guide you to a lighter, purer way of being. There is a very famous statement in my native language, i.e, "ki jaana mein kon" (i know not who/what i am), i personally believe its quiet true, we all are blind to ourselves, we'll be elites if we polish and carve ourselves to know what we actually are.
Judge Humbly:
Listen, without bias, to what you hear.
Every equation commands the role of two or more- for each action is balanced by a reaction. Allow the existence of varying beliefs. Judge not in haste.
follow the habit of 'putting right things, at right time, at their right places'.
Value happenings:
Even the smallest gesture of consideration has value.
Weigh not gestures in volume or amount. Make an effort to give even in the smallest ways- be it a smile or holding the door open for a stranger. Cultivate your sensitivities and give without expectations.
Being kind:
Infuse the healing power of kindness in your words and actions.
Practice an amiable approach to you surroundings and acknowledge the small mercies around you. Embody your existence with gentleness, compassion and tolerance.
Intent:
Purify your intentions to always give others an extra chance.
"In law, a man is guilty when he violates the rights of another. In ethics, he is guilty if he only thinks of doing so" - Immanuel Kent
Align yourself to not seek more than you give. Align yourself to believe in the goodness of human kind. And align yourself to never give up on another mortal.
Respect your conscience:
Respect humanity, diversity and above all, your Conscience.
Opinions and beliefs are an individual's inherent right. Be tolerant and open minded of the same. Respect the sanctity of personal values, differences and above all- LIFE. It's precious because you're precious. Your conscience will help you get along with yourself.
Control your Reactions:
Rein your reactions to give REFLECTION a chance.
Don't be a reactive agent, give reactive moments the opportunity to be- without lacing them with a reflex reaction. Sometimes your standing in respond to the situation wins the precious organ(i.e heart), try to be true to it.Well, i know its bitter sometimes tasteless but don't shout, don't be 'ultra-reactive'. Many situations change in intensity when given the leeway of reflection. Control your reactions instead of them controlling YOU.
Look for whats common:
Seek not Differences but Commonalities.
See every man as your equal, your brother, your Self. Realize that all of us have been given the test of life and each must go through it facing challenges of your own. The differences lie only in perceptions.
Be humble enough for instant forgiveness:
Every mortal has a right to MERCY above justice.
I once read somewhere 'Having a forgiving heart is key to living faith', and that is so true.Forgiveness carries strength, meaning and value paramount. Begin each day anew and release grievances to a lenient, pardoning nature. No matter what resentment tells you, to forgive is always in your favor. Leave no residue of hostility in your heart. It lies in seeing beyond your experience. It lies in accepting that not all can be resolved by passing a instinctive judgement. Only then you can satisfy your craving for happiness.
Be Tolerant:
Acceptance comes from tolerance, not necessarily agreement.
Adopt a tolerant nature that allows the existence of that which you may not agree with. Strike a balance by respecting your fellow beings even when they make choices you may not fully comprehend.
That's all,
If we apply above conditions to our practicing life, life would be more simpler, easy and comforting... trust me. Attune your senses to creating a more perceptive and caring world.
